Clearwater High School participated in the Achieva Box Car Rally in Clearwater and won First Place in the Professional High School Race, Third Place in the high School Home Made Race, Best High School Car, Funniest Car, and Most Creative Car! Way to Go Tornadoes!
The Clearwater Tornado Marching Band competed at on Saturday, October 19, 2013, at the Tarpon Springs Outdoor Music Festival and received Best Brass, Best Woodwinds, Best Drum Major, Best Color Guard, Best Percussion and Best General Effect in Class 1 A! They also received Class 1 A Grand Champion beating out everyone else in their division! Way to go CHS!
